成立于2005年，是IBM履行订单和生产制造的战略基地，产品涉足x系列服务器、p系列服务器、i系列服务器和零售系统解决方案，也为IBM软件产品业务及客户服务解决方案中心提供相关支持，ISTC同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地。这两间公司位于深圳市科技园，由CPC提供相关采购支持。ISTC通过整合本土及全球的专业人才及技能以确保IBM更快的应对市场变化，以高效优质的产品解决方案及服务满足客户需求并提高客户满意度，从而在IBM全球化的业务模式中担任重要角色。
成立于2004年，总部位于深圳市科技园。业务范围涵盖生产采购、一般采购、物流采购、市场信息分析、全球采购业务咨询服务等。CPC秉承IBM全球采购的使命，致力于通过优化资源与系统建立世界一流的随需应变型供应链系统。在端对端的供应链管理中，CPC将通过与全球团队的紧密协作，提升技能并合理配置资源，以成本控制、灵活应变、质量保证和技术更新来实现行业领先的目标。随着中国对于IBM整体供应链运作的影响和范围不断扩大，IBM于2006宣布将全球采购中心迁移至中国，CPC将会在IBM全球采购战略中扮演更加重要的角色。迄今，CPC已成为IBM全球第二大生产采购中心。

When IBM started its journey to become a Globally Integrated Enterprise (GIE), the first thing it worked on was its supply chain. It integrated over thirty different supply chain operations across the company into one single organization with common processes and measurement system. IBM created the Integrated Supply Chain organization to transform the supply chain. As part of the IBM global integrated supply chain, IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Shenzhen, a group of 3 companies –
which played important role in IBM’s global integration journey.
Founded in 2005,
is the strategic fulfillment and manufacturing sites for System x, System p, System i and RSS (retail store solutions) in IBM, ISTC also provides related support to IBM software products and customer solution center. ISTC has export manufacturing base in Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone. The company is located in the Science and Industry Park of Shenzhen, with procurement support from CPC. ISTC and ITPC play important roles to enable IBM’s GIE model by integrating local and global talent and capabilities, allowing it to respond more quickly to client needs and market changes and deliver quality, on demand services that result in improved client satisfaction.
Founded in 2004,
is headquartered in Shenzhen. CPC is providing production procurement, general procurement, distribution procurement, market intelligence, and procurement consulting services of IBM on a global basis. Its mission is consistent with that of IBM Global Procurement, to build the world first on-demand supply chain requiring optimized processed and integrated systems that extend to customers and suppliers. The company will accomplish this by leveraging the skills of its people globally to form a tightly integrated team that achieves industry-leading cost, flexibility, quality and technology throughout IBM’s supply chain, end-to-end. As China continues to grow in significance and size to IBM’s overall supply chain operations, IBM announced to locate its global procurement center to Shenzhen in 2006. CPC’s responsibilities are also inherently growing larger. Till now, CPC has become the second largest manufacturing procurement center in IBM globally.
