Duties:
•Answering the Domestic/Global TAC phone between 12:00pm and 6:00pm
•Transferring calls to TAC Engineers where applicable
•Verifying customer support entitlement
•Handling customer inquiries between 12:00pm-6:00pm
•Processing RMAs
•Monitoring the A10 Support mail
•Handling shipments
•General office duties
Hours
•9:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday
Requirements
•English knowledge, spoken and written
•Proficiency with standard PC Office tools
