This position is concerned with being responsible for the production and preparation of all pastry related items as per supervisor instructions.

1、Can make Cantonese dim sum or Chinese pastry
会制作广式点心或中式面点
2. To check all merchandise issued by storeroom and arriving from the markets on quality and quantity as per requisitions.
根据每日申购单检查库存食物的数量与质量
3. To help in preparing the daily mise-en-place and buffet items.
做好日常的准备工作和自助餐的准备工作
4. To check on quality of all outgoing items and food.
检查售出食物的质量
5. To ensure all equipment is in perfect working order, always clean.
保证设备清洁并处于良好的运行状态
6. To take care of the utensils issued to the department.

7. To issue and handle the products on a “first in – first out” basis.
