This position is to assist the Front Office Manager in the management of the reservations team and accurate recording and processing of reservations and the maximization of room sales through pro-active selling techniques.

1.Responsible for deputizing the Front Office Manager, ensuring the maximization of room revenue and profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service within the department.

2.Assists in supervising, training, co-ordination and directing all aspects of Reservation Department.
